Terms and Conditions

By creating an account and using this web site, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using our online services.

Products and Pricing

All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST (15%). Bargain Ink reserves the right to make changes to products and pricing without prior notice.

All products shown on this website are suitable for NZ printers only. Overseas printers are not designed to operate in NZ. Printers that have been imported into New Zealand will not accept ink cartridges supplied for the NZ market.

Termination of user account

Bargain Ink reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account if we suspect that any of the terms and conditions have been breached.

Shipping

We aim to ship goods within one to two working days. Orders placed and completed before 3:00pm are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If an item is not in stock, we will advise you. Bargain Ink cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers which are unfortunately out of our control.

Courier target delivery is next working day. Please note that deliveries to some rural and remote areas may take a day or two longer.

Faulty Products

Please contact us if you believe that the product you have received is faulty. It is quite possible that we maybe able to assist you in rectifying the problem without the need of replacement. If the product is found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. The consumers guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply if the products purchased are for business purposes. In no event shall Bargain Ink's liability exceed the purchase price of the goods that are the subject matter of any claim.

Incorrect Products Supplied

A request to return goods incorrectly supplied must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should we send you the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. Bargain Ink will cover all courier costs.

Incorrect Products Ordered

A request to return goods incorrectly ordered must be made within 7 days of purchase. Should you order the wrong product, a replacement will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods. Goods must be returned in original condition, unopened, complete with undamaged retail packaging. Products cannot be returned if opened. You will be responsible for all courier costs for the return and redelivery of goods. Instructions will be supplied regarding the method of return. An administration fee of up to 20% may also be charged.

No requests for exchange/credit will be considered following 7 days from the date of purchase.
